Obedience is better than sacrifice

2 Corinthians 10:3..
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
4..( For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through the pulling down of strong holds;
5..Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; Thats great! but now put it in our every day living, so we can understand what the word is really saying to us.
One example maybe the devil has been coming again you so hard that the more you pray the bigger the mess. You wake up in the morning your husband or wife laying beside you, they have been coming again you, maybe not meaning to. What ever the reason, you lay there hurt and the tears fill your eyes and they are cold toward you with no compassion. Then may be, the devil will remind you of something else, that has been happening in your life and begans to make you feel that the mess, is so big that it will never work out. So the only thing for you to do is forget praying and do something else.(The eyes of the spirit looks beyond the mess. Like the Eagle flying high above the mountains. She looks down at the storm coming, and rises far up above it, (us by praying ). Then maybe the devil whispers in your ears you are a failure and a nobody. Who are you to come against some of the well known preachers, that have been preaching longer than you. And now you say God is opening up the scriptures to you. Who do you think you are, everyone believes them not you. And now you want to get up and silently fall on your knees beside your bed, because you want to bow your head to the ground in reference to your God, each morning and say your little silent dead prayers that God don't hear anyway.
1 Kings 19:11..And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the Lord. And, behold,the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the Lord; but the Lord was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the Lord was not in the earthquake; 12..And after the earthquake a fire; but the Lord was not in the fire; and after the fire a still small voice. 13..And it was so, when Elizah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave. And behold, there came a voice unto him, and said, what doest thou here, Elizah?
And your husband or wife laying beside you, mocks you and comes again you and thinks you are a nobody and a nothing. And the better you are to them the worse they treat you. Are you still going to get down and bow to your God, man people don't do this, they pray in a loud thunder or maybe totally different than you do.
In respect to my husband or wife that is sleeping, I will pray quietly. Later I may go in my closet, and pray loud, if the spirit moves on me to pray that way. God's not deaf. But he moves in different ways. Stop letting people cause you to doubt.
Let me tell you dear precious sheep. That if you fall on your face as always, you are moving by faith. We don't and cant look at the mess or listen to the voices screaming in our ears. We continue to move by faith. The word says he that cometh to him must believe, that he is a rewarder of those that dilegently seek him. We must believe that. And acting on it, is faith. In other words you know that you are not wasting your time by praying, God will hear and move. When you ack upon it, you will recieve strength in your spirit to pick up the iron gate like sampson did and throw it out of your way. Spiritually speaking all these things that are hindering and coming again you, you will feel the strength of God coming in you and you will get up on your feet and keep walking you will be in the spirit, these things want be bothering you. You then can obey God the rest of the day. See all these carnal things are to hinder the spirit from flowing through us. How do I know, because I have failed time after time, God is trying to teach me and when I learn, I want to help others by telling them.
The purpose of all these screaming voices is to keep you from obeying God. In other word stop you from praying, cause if you don't pray you can not work for God or rather God cannot walk and talk in you. Because it is Jesus in you doing the work, not the flesh. Oh you can work for God if you don't pray, but it will be your flesh, which want amount to nothing. He does it by his spirit not you in your carnal knowledge. And if we don't have knowledge of the devils tricks, we will fall. Due to of lack of knowledge. That is why the Bible says my people perish for lack of knowledge.
1Cor..14:8..If the trumpet give an uncertain sound, who shall prepare himself to the battle .
The treasures all lie in the word of God.
2 Corinthians 4:7..But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and NOT OF US. 8..We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair;
9..Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; 10..Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in ourbody. 11..For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus' sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh. 12..so then death worketh in us, but life in you.
And it takes his spirit to reveal it to us.
And a watchman that is not seeking this is a lazy dog that can't bark. He will damn your soul. We must be fed by God's spirit. If the watchman is carnal then we are not being fed. We need fresh bread each day.
OH THE POWER OF PRAYER!
I dare you to try it, push against the odds.
2 Kings 6:17..When Elisha's servant was full of fear, because the army of Syria camped all around them. 17..And when Elisha prayed, and said, Lord I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. and the Lord opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.
There was more with Elisha, than there was against him. God had chariots of fire all around them, on top of the mountains above them.
2 Cor. 6:4..But in all things approving ourselves as the ministers of God, in much patience, in afflictions, in necessities, in distresses, 5..in stripes, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labours, in watchings, in fastings; 8..By honour and dishonour, by evil report and good report: as deceives, and yet true;
9..As unknown, and yet well known; as dying, and behold we live; as chastened, and not kiled; 10..As sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing and yet possessing all things.
So don't think it strange when all these things start happening. Just know that it is the devil using these things to stop you from being all you can be in God.
The devil will always bring your way the thing, that upsets you the most. So your flesh will yield to it, and keep you from praying and obeying God. We must become smarter than this. We have to kill out our human feelings, by praying. Don't let your flesh stop you. Remember flesh is your biggest enemy. Don't stop, get back up every time the flesh causes you to stumble. If you lose your temper, and mess up. Get back up, dust off your pants and try again. If you fail again, get back up. Don't never stop. You and Jesus will conquer it. Don't confess to people, they are cruel and unforgiving. Confess to Jesus, not preachers.
DON'T LET NOTHING STOP YOU, actually no one or nothing can stop us. It is up to us whether we are willing to kill out the flesh feelings. We must learn to keep walking no matter what we feel, see, hear, beyond the five senses of the flesh and keep walking, by faith. If you keep walking and obeying God, even if your flesh is afraid that is faith. Faith keeps going, keeps obeying. Which is most important getting the last word in or your relationship with Jesus. If it's Jesus you will not stop until you can zip it. SO SEE ALL THESE THINGS IS TO STOP YOU FROM PRAYING AND OBEYING GOD. Pray no matter what people think, we don't need man's approval only Gods
If we pray we will love our enemys (always remember God is love). If love isn't ruling us, we need a check up, something is wrong. We have to let Doctor Jesus show us what has stopped, up our pipes. And let Him wash us clean by his word. The word is what cleans us up. We can't do it our self.
