Will you also go away

John 6:67..Jesus turned around to his deciples and said will ye also go away? And they answered and said. Where shall we go thou hast the words of eternal life. When it come time to eat his flesh and drink his blood. They all turned and went back except the deciples. They followed Jesus as long as they were getting the blessings and miracles. You see Jesus and his deciples were paying the price, fasting, praying, suffering, isolated, beaten, cast out, cold, naked etc. Long as it was Jesus and his deciples suffering and not them, they only won'ted the blessings. But when Jesus said it was time for them to start suffering for the gospel, they said no way and went back and didn't follow him no more. When you start eating the word, Jesus will come alive in you and he will walk this earth again in you and they will treat him the same way as they did in the Bible, Your flesh is his house and you will suffer the same way. "Think about it" children if we are chosen we have to be willing to suffer even if it comes to bodily harm for the gospel and some even die for it. Are you willing, am I willing. You say you don't have to be afraid of the devil. The devil is the second strongest power on earth and yes it is fearful. Saten has killed christians and the Lord allowed it and there were times that the Lord stopped him. We have to be willing to stand for Jesus, even if we die like steven. And you can say like peter, I'll die for him. But until you are in that position you really don't know. If you want the power to cast out devils and to do the miracles, I'm afraid we will have to be willing to die for the gospel. It's one thing to say it like peter, which denied him twice before the crock crew. If you are in the lions den and your flesh is trembling keep walking, keep believing, if you fear for your life in the flesh and keep walking and obeying God, that is faith. Faith keeps moving, even if the flesh is trembling. You say I will not bow, even if he don't deliver, I know he can, but if he don't I will not stop obeying God. That is faith. Because you have fears or tormenting thoughts of the flesh, don't mean you don't have faith. You have faith if you keep walking, keep moving and obeying, while you are having all these feeling and thoughts of the flesh. Faith is in the spirit, not the flesh. The flesh is like having a pare of old shoes that is two big for you and you have to drag them alone with you. They try to slow you down and stop you but you have to keep moving, even with the old irritating shoes. No matter how great your zeal is, you still have to drag those old shoes along with you, they try to slow you down, but keep walking. Pretty soon you want pay them no mind you will get use to them and learn how to keep walking and not let them stop you.
Paul said when I would do good, evil was present with him. He meant his flesh.
Acts 21: 11. And when he (a prophet, named Agabus) was come unto us he took Paul's girdle, (belt), and bound his own hands and feet, and said, Thus saith the Holy Ghost, So shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man that owneth this girdle, and shall deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.
13..Paul answered, For I am ready not to be bound only, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Jesus.
Are we willing to be bound or to die for Jesus. Are you willing to die spiritually for him. Or even die natural if it comes to that. If you're not keep praying, keep fighting one day you will. You will stand tall with POWER OVER THE DEVIL AND BE THE DEVIL'S NIGHTMARE.
When Jesus walked up to the man in the tomb, the man in the tomb said have you come to torment us before our time. One day when you are stronger THEY WILL SAY THAT TO YOU. You will torment the hell out of the devil and his angels.
Just a few more valleys and a few more hills, the Lord will dry your tears as he did Joseph and put the chain around your neck and the devils will bow to you as they did him.
JUST KEEP YOUR EYES ON JESUS AND LET NO MAN DECIEVE YOU.
